> P.I.E. is a community restoration and leadership development organization. Every engagement starts with one question: who already holds trust in this neighborhood, and what would it take to resource them properly?

P.I.E. (Pathways to Inspiration & Empowerment) identifies residents who already hold trust in their communities, trains and credentials them, and works alongside municipalities, government agencies, schools, housing authorities, health systems, foundations, and employers on violence prevention, youth development, family engagement, community wellness, civic participation, workforce development, and measurable community impact.
